Meet The Program Director: Dr. Park

Dr. Auh Whan Park is a pioneering figure in the realm of thyroid ablation. He was among the first in the USA to perform Thyroid Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) on benign thyroid nodules, and his advocacy for this groundbreaking procedure continues to shape the field. With a career dedicated to researching thermal/chemical ablation of thyroid nodules, Dr. Park also imparts his wisdom as a mentor and educator to the next generation of medical students.
